Violations

39:3-79.2. Violations Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall, upon conviction, suffer and pay a penalty not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00), or suffer imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the magistrate before whom such conviction is had.
