Use of national school bus chrome paint on motor vehicles

39:3-77.1. Use of national school bus chrome paint on motor vehicles No motor vehicle with a capacity of more than 16 passengers shall be painted National School Bus Chrome, unless that vehicle is used to transport children to or from school, or a summer day camp, or any school connected activity. Whenever any motor vehicle with a capacity of more than 16 passengers, which has been used for the transportation of children to or from school, or a summer day camp, or any school connected activity, is no longer used for these purposes, it shall be repainted a color distinctively different from National School Bus Chrome.
