39:3-76.1. Use of sign "Press" on motor vehicle No person shall operate a motor vehicle on which is affixed any sign, poster or sticker with the word "Press" or any other word or words indicating that the motor vehicle is in use by a reporter for a newspaper or other periodical except during such time as such motor vehicle is in actual use by a reporter for a newspaper or other periodical while engaged in his duties as such reporter.
