Definitions

39:3-68.1. Definitions As used in this act: a. "Towing vehicle" means a road tractor or truck tractor. b. "Towed vehicle" means a motor-drawn vehicle, pole trailer, semitrailer or trailer. L. 1987, c. 402, s. 1.
