Punishment for violation

39:3-66.2. Punishment for violation Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be subject to a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten days, or both. L.1953, c. 188, p. 1484, s. 2.
