39:3-27.58. Interagency memorandum of agreement 4. The Commissioner of Health and the director shall enter into an interagency memorandum of agreement setting forth the procedures to be followed by the Department of Health and the Division of Motor Vehicles in carrying out their respective responsibilities under this act.
