39:3-27.47. Definitions 1. As used in this act: "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Environmental Protection and Energy; "Department" means the Department of Environmental Protection and Energy; "Director" means the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Law and Public Safety; "Division" means the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Law and Public Safety; "Fund" means the "Coastal Protection Trust Fund" created pursuant to section 4 of this act.
