Director as final authority

39:3-27.37. Director as final authority The director shall have the authority to make the final decision as to whether or not an organization is approved for the issuance of special organization vehicle registration plates to its members notwithstanding the organization's compliance with section 2 of P.L.1987, c. 374 (C. 39:3-27.36).
