Memorandum of agreement

39:3-27.126. Memorandum of agreement 8. The director and the organizations contributing monies pursuant to section 3 of this act shall enter into a memorandum of agreement setting forth the procedures to be followed by the division and the contributing organizations in carrying out the provisions of this act.
