39:3-27.122. Memorandum of agreement by DMV and Farm Bureau 7. The director and the Executive Director of the New Jersey Farm Bureau shall enter into a memorandum of agreement setting forth the procedures to be followed by the division and the executive director in carrying out the provisions of this act.
