39:3-27.113 Memorandum of agreement. 7. The director and the Trustees of the Deborah Heart and Lung Center shall enter into a memorandum of agreement setting forth the procedures to be followed by the division and the trustees in carrying out the provisions of this act. L.1999,c.354,s.7.
