Use of non-rubber tires.

39:3-23.1 Use of non-rubber tires. 3. The commission may in its discretion approve the use of any particular type of tire, of a material other than rubber, on vehicles operated upon the highways of this State, if it finds the said tire will not damage the public highways and that the use of said tire is not likely to be hazardous to the public safety.
