Military members, spouses, dependents, out-of-state domicile, vehicle operation.

39:3-15.2 Military members, spouses, dependents, out-of-state domicile, vehicle operation. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, a member of the Armed Forces of the United States who is not domiciled in this State, the member's spouse, and any of the member's dependents may operate a motor vehicle on the public roadways of this State, provided that: a. the person possesses a valid driver's license issued by the person's state of domicile; ?and b. the license authorizes the person to operate the same class of vehicle in the person's state of domicile that the person operates in this State.
