39:3-13.6 Evaluation of graduated license program; report to Governor, Legislature. 11. The Division of Motor Vehicles shall monitor the performance of new drivers of passenger automobiles and, in conjunction with the Office of Highway Traffic Safety, report to the Governor and the Legislature evaluating the operation and effectiveness of this act. The Division of Motor Vehicles shall detail the disbursement of monies from the Driver Education Fund in the report. The division and the office shall make any recommendations necessary to better effectuate the provisions of this act. L.1998,c.108,s.11.
