Limit of one license

39:3-10.26. Limit of one license A person who operates a commercial motor vehicle shall not have more than one driver license. A person convicted of a violation of this section shall be subject for each offense to a fine of not more than $5,000, or imprisoned for a term of not more than 90 days, or both. L.1990,c.103,s.18.
