39:3-10.11a Certain requirements for drivers of vehicles in connection with funeral services. 3. Notwithstanding the exemption of motor vehicles which are owned directly by businesses engaged in the practice of mortuary science from the provisions of P.L.1990, c.103(C.39:3-10.9 et seq.), pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1990, c.103 (C.39:3-10.11) as amended by section 2 of P.L.2004, c.124, the driver or operator of such a motor vehicle shall fulfill all of the requirements of a medical examination required of those holding a commercial driver license as provided under 49 C.F.R. s.391.41 et seq. L.2004,c.124,s.3.
