Election of vice-chair.

39:2A-14 Election of vice-chair. 14. The board shall elect annually, by a majority of the full membership of the board, one of its members, other than the Chair, to serve as Vice-Chair for the ensuing year. The Vice-Chair shall hold office until January 1 next ensuing. The Vice-Chair, acting in the capacity of presiding officer, shall carry out all of the responsibilities of the Chair of the board during the Chair's absence, disqualification, or inability to serve.
