Administrator considered "appointing authority."

39:2A-11 Administrator considered "appointing authority." 11. Except as otherwise provided by law, the administrator shall be considered the "appointing authority" for the commission within the contemplation of the civil service laws and the table of organization. The administrator may delegate such appointing authority to the deputy administrator as he deems necessary. L.2003,c.13,s.11.
