"Salvage certificate of title" defined

39:10-31. "Salvage certificate of title" defined As used in this act "salvage certificate of tile" means a document issued by the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles which serves as proof of ownership of a motor vehicle and provides a method of transfer of the vehicle only as a salvage motor vehicle.
