Terms of enlistment

38A:6-1. Terms of enlistment Enlistments, reenlistments and extensions of enlistments shall be for such periods as are prescribed by the Adjutant General by regulations except as otherwise provided by applicable federal laws or regulation for enlisted members required to have a federal reserve status.
