38A:3-11. Certification of records. 38A:3-11. The Adjutant General shall have an appropriate seal and have affixed an impression of the same to all certificates of record issued from the Department of Military Affairs. Copies of any books, records, papers, and documents, in the Department of Military Affairs certified by the Adjutant General or other designated officer of the department, under seal of the Department of Military Affairs shall be admitted as evidence in any court of the State, either civil or military, with the same force and effect as if the original had been produced.
