38A:23-5 Entitlement to benefits, veterans' facility. 38A:23-5. A person admitted to a veterans' facility shall be entitled to all of its benefits and be furnished with the clothing, subsistence, medical and surgical attendance necessary to promote the person�s health and welfare in accordance with the rules and regulations of the commissioner.
