38A:22-2 Approval, disapproval of policies, work programs related to veterans. 38A:22-2. The department shall review and approve or disapprove all policies and work programs of State departments, agencies, and instrumentalities relating to veterans' welfare, services, or activities. No such activity or work program shall be undertaken or continued after disapproval by the department without specific authorization from the Governor. L.2025, c.139, s.44.
