38A:21A-10 Annual report, Governor, Legislature. 10. The Veteran Advocate shall report annually to the Governor, the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), and the head of the department on: the activities of the office; priorities for veteran�s services provided by the department that have been identified by the Veteran Advocate; and recommendations for improvement or necessary changes concerning the provision of services by the department. The annual report shall be made available to the public and posted on the department�s website. L.2025, c.172, s.10.
