38A:21-10 Federal grants, Department of Veterans Affairs. 38A:21-10. The commissioner may apply for and accept on behalf of the State any grants from the federal government or any agency thereof, or from any foundation, corporation, association, or individual, and may comply with the terms, conditions, and limitations thereof, for any purposes of the department. Any money so received may be expended by the department, subject to any limitations imposed in such grants, to effect any of the purposes of the department, as the case may be, upon warrant of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury on vouchers certified and approved by the commissioner. The power herein granted shall be in addition to, and shall in no way limit the authority granted to the commissioner by, this act, N.J.S.38A:21-1 et al., or any other existing law.
