38A:2-2. Governor's staff. 38A:2-2. The staff of the Governor shall consist of: (a) Executive: The Adjutant General of the State Department of Military Affairs. (b) Personnel: Such aides as may be appointed or detailed by the Governor from among the officers of the organized militia, in a grade not higher than the one held in the organized militia or in federal service, whose term of office, unless sooner terminated, shall expire with that of the Governor who shall have appointed or detailed them.
