38A:17-1. Agreements with Governors of bordering States for protection of communication facilities The Governor is authorized from time to time to enter into agreements with the Governors of any States bordering on New Jersey for the protection in the event of emergency of any or all interstate bridges, tunnels, ferries and other communications facilities between New Jersey and such other States and by such agreements to fix and define the powers, duties, liabilities and immunities of the armed forces of New Jersey and of such other States with respect to the protection of such bridges, tunnels, ferries and other communications facilities.
