Interference or failure to respond to order or call

38A:14-9. Interference or failure to respond to order or call Any person who willfully interferes with the execution of any order or call for troops made by the Governor, and any person ordered or called, who does not appear at the time and place designated within 24 hours of such time, or who does not produce a sworn certificate from a physician of physical disability indicating inability to respond as aforesaid shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
