Limitation on claims

38A:13-6. Limitation on claims A claim shall not be allowed unless it is presented to the Adjutant General within two years from the date of the injury, disease, disability or death. A claim which has been adjudicated or modified may be reopened at any time by the Adjutant General on the ground that the incapacitation has subsequently increased or decreased. L.1963, c. 109.
