Reporter and witness fees

38A:10-9. Reporter and witness fees Any witness subpoenaed to appear before any military court shall receive the same fees as are provided by law for witnesses appearing in a civil court. The reporter of any court shall be paid for stenographic services the same fees as are provided by law for similar services in civil courts. L.1963, c. 109.
