Persons who may administer oaths

38A:1-5. Persons who may administer oaths For the purposes of military justice and administration the following persons may administer oaths unless otherwise provided: (a) Such persons as are authorized to do so by Federal laws and regulations. (b) Such persons as are authorized by State laws and regulations to administer oaths for all purposes. L.1963, c. 109.
