38:25A-3. Sale restricted to veterans' organizations 3. The sale and offering for sale of such poppy or poppies as heretofore mentioned shall be restricted to veterans' organizations chartered by an Act of Congress and to their auxiliaries, where such funds are devoted exclusively for the benefit of veterans of the World Wars and other military conflicts or for the benefit of members of the American Merchant Marine during World War II who are declared by the United States Department of Defense to be eligible for federal veterans' benefits and their families and such veterans' organizations in the State of New Jersey.
