38:25A-15. Sale of daisy in labeled form restricted The sale and offering for sale of said flower in the labeled and artificial form shall be restricted to Italian American War Veterans of the United States, Incorporated, and their auxiliaries, where such funds are devoted exclusively for the benefit of the American World War Veterans and their families residing or hospitalized in the State of New Jersey.
