38:25-9. Proceedings of encampments of veterans of foreign wars made part of military archives When a properly prepared and duly certified copy of the proceedings of the annual encampments of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States of America, Department of New Jersey, together with a complete series of the general and special orders, circulars, and other data which may form a part of the proceedings, shall be forwarded by the commander of such veteran organization to the adjutant general, such proceedings, so reported, shall be considered part of the military archives of this state.
