37:1-11 Illegal issuance of license a disorderly persons offense. 37:1-11. Illegal issuance of license a disorderly persons offense. Any licensing officer who issues a marriage or civil union license except as provided in this chapter shall be guilty of a disorderly persons offense. Amended 2006, c.103, s.13.
