36:2-96 Observance of "Lymphadema Awareness Day." 2. The Governor is respectfully requested to annually issue a proclamation calling upon public officials, the health care community and the citizens of New Jersey to observe the day with appropriate activities and programs, which promote awareness of the treatment needs and severity of lymphedema and which honor inspirational lymphedema patients.
