36:2-69 "New Jersey Credit Union Day"; designated. 1. The third Thursday of October of each year is designated as "New Jersey Credit Union Day". The Governor shall annually issue a proclamation calling on the people of this State to observe the day with appropriate activities and programs. L.2001,J.R.5,s.1.
