36:2-67. Annual proclamation 2. The Governor shall annually issue a proclamation designating December 12 of each year as "Foster Children's Day" and, with the Legislature, call upon the appropriate agencies of the State and local government, private organizations and all citizens of the State to celebrate "Foster Children's Day" through suitable activities, programs and exercises.
