36:2-61 Annual proclamation. 2. The Governor shall annually issue a proclamation establishing September as "New Jersey Cares about Children with Cancer Month" and, with the Legislature, call upon the appropriate agencies of State and local government, private organizations and all the citizens of the State to celebrate the month with appropriate activities and programs.
