36:2-48. "Bill of Rights Day in New Jersey," designated 1. November 20 of each year is designated as "Bill of Rights Day in New Jersey" to recognize and to heighten awareness of the importance of the Bill of Rights to the people of this State and of our Nation. L.1998,j.r.8, s.1.
