36:2-459 "Crisis Professionals Day", fourth Wednesday in May. 1. The fourth Wednesday in May of each year is designated as "Crisis Professionals Day" in the State of New Jersey in order to recognize and honor the importance of crisis professionals and the services they provide as they enhance human well-being and mental health, restore functioning, and save lives by contributing to high-quality, context-relevant behavioral health services.
