36:2-294 Annual observance. 2. The Governor shall annually issue a proclamation recognizing January 23 as "Maternal Health Awareness Day" in New Jersey, and calling upon public officials and citizens of the State to observe the day with appropriate activities and programs. L.2017, J.R.6, s.2.
