36:2-210 Implementation of plan to increase public awareness. 3. The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs is respectfully requested to implement a plan to increase public awareness of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall notification website that makes people aware of unsafe, hazardous or defective products, especially those intended for children.
