36:2-208 "Children's Product Safety Awareness Month," November; designated. 1. The month of November of each year is designated as "Children's Product Safety Awareness Month" in New Jersey in order to increase public awareness of the importance of play in the lives of children and the need to be vigilant about the safety of children's products so that play can be safe, fun, and beneficial.
