36:2-17. Observance of New Jersey Shore Celebration Day; cooperation, coordination; encouraged The State government, the government of every county bordering on the New Jersey shore, and the government of every municipality located within a county bordering on the New Jersey shore are encouraged to coordinate their respective observances and cooperate to make New Jersey Shore Celebration Day an annual coastwide event.
