36:2-129 Observance. 2. The Governor shall annually issue a proclamation calling upon the State's wine industry, the New Jersey Department of Agriculture, and the New Jersey Department of State to observe and promote the month with appropriate activities and programs. L.2009, J.R.5, s.2.
