34:9A-7. Deputy commissioner of labor; appointment The Commissioner of Labor and Industry shall have the duties and exercise the powers of the bureau through such deputy commissioner of labor as he may designate. L.1945, c. 71, p. 352, s. 7. Amended by L.1967, c. 91, s. 5, eff. June 7, 1967.
