34:9A-35. Appropriations There is hereby appropriated to the division for the remainder of the current fiscal year ending June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, for the purposes of this act, the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00), of which twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary shall be for the planning and construction of public migrant labor camps, and seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary shall be for personal and contractual services, equipment and expenses; and any unexpended balances thereof are hereby appropriated, respectively, for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
