Public nuisance

34:9A-32. Public nuisance Any camp which does not conform to this article shall be deemed a public nuisance and if not made to conform within five days or within such longer period of time as may be allowed by the commissioner by written notice, shall be abated by proper suit brought by the Attorney-General upon request of the commissioner.
