Entry and inspection

34:9A-18. Entry and inspection The commissioner, his authorized officers and agents may, for the purpose of this act: (a) Enter public or private property to determine whether there exists any camp to which this article applies; (b) Enter and inspect all camps wheresoever situated, and inspect all accommodations, equipment, or paraphernalia connected therewith; (c) Enter and inspect the land adjacent to the camp to determine whether the sanitary and other requirements of this act have been or are being complied with.
